Training Programs

There are a nearly unlimited number of training programs available today. All of them claim they will get you fit, ripped, buff, whatever you want to call it. The big problem with these programs is compliance. Most people start off with good intentions. They want to look and feel better, lead healthier lives, look good on the beach, impress that special someone. But soon, they find a reason to skip a workout. And then they find another reason, and yet another. Sound familiar? I think we’ve all been there at some point. Many people find the programs too intense and therefore give up.

This is where working with a personal trainer comes in. A personal trainer can give you the support, motivation and the tools you need to stay on track and complete your program.  As your personal trainer, I work with you to define realistic goals, set up your workout and nutrition plans and I am there to guide you every step of the way.

S-2-S Body Design health and fitness programs are custom designed for each person. Even the most intense programs can usually be scaled to the fitness level of some individuals. There are variations of almost every exercise that can be substituted to match the abilities of the trainee. However, some people just aren’t ready for some of our programs and that’s ok! In that case, I will help you decide how to get started and design a program to suit your fitness level and abilities. The important thing is that you get moving with an exercise program that will help you get in shape and improve your fitness and your life.

All training sessions are approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour long, and include a warm-up and cool-down.
