Guacamole Stuffed Eggs This is uber simple but I had to share it since it’s so good! Boiled eggs, as many as you want. Fresh guacamole, to taste. Slice eggs in half and scoop out the yolk into a bowl. Mix in guacamole. Spoon filling back into the egg whites.

Fresh Guacamole
Fresh Guacamole 3/4 – 1 cup fresh salsa 2 avocados Cut the avocados in half, long ways and remove the seed. With a spoon, scoop out the flesh and mash with a fork to desired consistency. Add the fresh salsa and mix well.
