Our 28 Day Fat Loss Boot Camp is the perfect way to jump start your fitness program and get started on a body you will be proud to show off!
What is the 28 Fat Loss Day Boot Camp?
The 28 Day Fat Loss Boot Camp is a fitness program that includes high energy workouts designed to kick start your fat loss in the shortest, safest possible time regardless of your current fitness level. Our workouts use body weight exercises, light weights and resistance bands, plyometrics, sprints, drills, core training, stretching and much more to turn your body into a fat burning furnace!
The 28 Day Fat Loss Boot Camp is 4 weeks long with 3 group workouts per week, plus a nutrition assessment and body composition testing before and after the program. There is no set start date for the program, your 28 days starts when you start. If you want to do another 28 days, we will be happy sign you up! But…
To make sure everyone gets the attention they deserve, classes are limited to 20 people! That means classes will fill up fast and you don’t want to lose your spot!

What if I’m not physically fit?
No camper will be left behind or asked to complete more than they are capable of doing safely. Your instructor will make sure you are doing the exercises correctly to avoid injury and you will be encouraged to go at your own pace and take breaks when needed. The only competition is with yourself!

How will I know if I’m making progress?
We will take measurements, including weight, body fat %, neck, waist and, for women, hip measurements before you start and at the end of the 28 days so you can see your results.
What do I need to bring?
All you need to bring are light weights, a water bottle, a towel and the desire for a fun, challenging workout!. You can also bring an exercise mat if you prefer. We’ll provide the workouts and all the motivation and accountability you’ll need.
During the 28 Days of fun and inspiring workouts you’ll be challenged and motivated to make progress like never before, and we will be with you every step of the way to help you build the body of your dreams!
